Our children's programming happens during all of our regular weekend services. Children can check-in at FRED/Check in on Friday Nights at 6:40 p.m. and Sundays at 8:150 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.

Children's check-in begins 20 minutes before the start of worship services and ends 20 minutes after each service begins.

You can check your child in 20 minutes before service.

Check-in closes 20 minutes after the start of service.

If for any reason we need to contact you during service, we will text the number given to us at Check-In. That is your cue to bring your child’s pick-up tag and go to the room where you dropped off your child.

In an effort to ensure greater security, our check-in system will assign one family security codes for each each family. This code changes weekly. Make sure you keep your security tag because you will have to show it at each room you visit to pick up your children.

Anyone picking up a child must have a security tag. If you have lost your security tag, you will need to speak with a staff member and show your driver’s license to verify that you are who should be picking up the child.

The safety of your child while in our care is of great importance to us. To help ensure the safety of each child, only trained KCCKeiki volunteers are permitted to serve in rooms with children. All volunteers go through a screening process that includes background checks, references, and safety/security training.

Please inform a check-in or KCCKeiki volunteer about any allergies when checking in your child. This alert will be printed on the child’s security sticker so that all volunteers are aware of the allergy.

Children will be check into age/grade appropriate classrooms. We have separate rooms for our nursery and preschool children. Our elementary-age students are all in the same large room, but will be divided into grade groups (K-5th grade) during the service.

If parents are serving or attending a class in addition to one of our worship services, children may stay for both services.
